At FOX Co.,Ltd. we were founded in April 2024 to overcome the cost challenges and technical barriers in the manufacturing of gallium oxide (β-Ga2O3) power semiconductors by leveraging innovative university-originated technologies.
Gallium oxide is a key material that enables next-generation energy-efficient and high-performance power conversion.
Through significant cost reduction of substrates and the establishment of a mass-production system, we aim to accelerate the social implementation of power semiconductors and contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society.
By inheriting and advancing this technology, we strive to lead the revival of Japan’s semiconductor industry and the transition toward a carbon-neutral future.
